Last week, one of my teachers gave a speech about the 4th amendment right of unjust searches in class. The entire thing took around 5 minuets, it was very well argued, and yet, a fellow classmate said aggravated, "Dang, that was long..."
That was long? It's about arguing for your sorry ass and possibly saving you from conviction for drugs/under-age alcohol/possession of an illegal firearm, etc.
Now, I know this was an isolated incident, but what if the youth of America are not educated to cherish their right? I am not even America, and I know more than most Americans about the bill of rights. What has America come to?
